Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 40g linseeds (crushed)
  • 40g psyllium flour (powdered husks)
  • 20g FiberFin (resistant starch)
  • 40g pumpkin seeds
  • 40g Hemp Hearts
  • 20g (black) sesame seeds (preferably unhulled)
  • 5g baking soda (organic)
  • 60g olive oil
  • 110g hot water
  • Three handfuls of wild nettle leaves
  • Some salt and erythritol to taste
Directions
  • Step 1 Whisk eggs and add olive oil. Then add all flours and mix it well. Finally crushed nuts, seeds and nettle.
  • Step 2 Bake at 160C 60-70 minutes, untill the crust is nice and crisp.
