Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 smaller red onion, chopped
  • Fresh coriander (or parsley)
  • Lime juice, chilly or cayenne pepper, salt to taste
  • 50g cucumber/carrot/celery stalks
Directions
  • Step 1 Halve and stone the avocado and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into the bowl.
  • Step 2 Add chopped veggies, season with some lime juice, fresh chilly or cayenne pepper and salt.
  • Step 3 Serve with vegetable chunks.
  • Step 4 Eat immediately, as the guacamole will get brown in a while!
