Guacamole dip with veggies

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 smaller red onion, chopped
- Fresh coriander (or parsley)
- Lime juice, chilly or cayenne pepper, salt to taste
- 50g cucumber/carrot/celery stalks
Directions
- Step 1 Halve and stone the avocado and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into the bowl.
- Step 2 Add chopped veggies, season with some lime juice, fresh chilly or cayenne pepper and salt.
- Step 3 Serve with vegetable chunks.
- Step 4 Eat immediately, as the guacamole will get brown in a while!
