Warm salad with quinoa, beet, mushrooms and veggies

Ingredients
- 30g quinoa
- 60g boiled/steamed beet
- 30g sweet pepper
- 20g mushrooms
- 20g cucumber
- 15g red onion
- 15g lettuce
- 10g extra virgin olive oil
- 5g garlic
- 5g pinenut kernels
- 5g Hemp Hearts
- Fresh herbs to garnish with (parsley, dill, coriander etc)
- Salt, pepper and chilly to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Rinse and boil the quinoa, until medium. Let it sit for a moment.
- Step 2 Chop the mushrooms and fry with pressed garlic until golden
- Step 3 Chop all the veggies and mix with rest of the components
- Step 4 Season, mix in the seeds and herbs.
- Step 5 Use extra virgin olive oil and some lemon juice for dressing
- Step 6 Garnish with edible flowers.
