Keto green stir fry with ground beef

Ingredients
- 40g ground beef
- 70g broccoli heads
- 30g kale
- 20g spinach
- 10g fresh herbs (parsley, dill, thyme, rosemary etc)
- 1 smaller garclic clove
- Salt, black pepper, turmeric or chilly to taste
- 30g extra vigrin olive oil for frying
Directions
- Step 1 Fry ground beef in olive oil, until medium done, add pressed garlic, then chopped kale, in about 1-2 minutes add broccoli florets, stir fry 1-2 minutes, season with salt, pepper and turmeric, chilly or what you prefer.
- Step 2 I always leave broccoli (and other vegetables also) crunchy and it is important that they do not lose their color. If broccoli stays bright green, then it has the best taste and it doesn`t lose ist nutritional value also.
- Step 3 Garnish with fresh herbs
