  • 4 eggs
  • 100g ghee (or butter or some oil)
  • 30g olive oil
  • 75g coconut (or regular) jogurt
  • 50g coconut flour
  • 30g FiberFin (resistant starch)
  • 10g Potex Pofiber (resistant potato fiber)
  • 10g psyllium flour
  • 7g baking soda
  • 50g pecan nuts
  • 50g Hemp Hearts
  • 40g sunflower seeds
  • 20g sesame seeds
  • 15g erythritol (or some other natural low carb sweetener)
  • 5g dried cornflower flowers
  • Pinch of salt and cardemon to taste
  • Step 1 Whisk eggs together, add melted ghee, jogurt and olive oil
  • Step 2 Add all flours and mix it well. Finally toss in crushed nuts, seeds and flowers
  • Step 3 Bake at 160C 60-70 minutes, untill the crust is nice and golden.
  • Step 4 Enjoy a slice of freshly baked bread with cold butter and some salt flakes.
