Ingredients
- 100g creamy coconut milk (i used Santa Maria Extra Creamy)
- 30g raspberries
- 30g strawberries
- 30g low carb natural sweetener (i used erythritol) and some vanilla to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
- Step 2 Pour into popsicle forms
- Step 3 Let it freeze over night
