My name is Ingrid Joya.
I am an educator, coach, therapist, wellness mentor, biohacking guide, inspirational speaker—and a mother of two gorgeous girls and one amazing keto boy.
My every day starts and ends with cooking—as inspiring and, yes, sometimes as tiring as it sounds. Through personal experience and professional exploration, I have come to understand that food is not only nourishment—it is connection, medicine, and a path to self-discovery.
I educate and support people on mindful eating, metabolic flexibility, and therapeutic diets such as keto, low-carb, and gluten/casein-free approaches. I offer personalized consultations, wellness mentoring, and practical tools that help align nutrition with each person’s bio-individuality and lifestyle.
My son’s medical journey on a long-term ketogenic diet is where my own keto path began. It was rough at first, but over time I discovered that even a very restricted diet can become joyful, delicious, and creative when guided by love, knowledge, and intention.
In recent years, I’ve expanded my work into wellness mentoring and mindful biohacking—helping individuals decode their body’s signals, reclaim their energy, and thrive with clarity. My method blends modern science with intuition, nutrition with emotional intelligence, and everyday rituals with long-term resilience.
I believe that food—whatever kind—must have three things: it must look good, taste good, and be good for both body and soul.
What started as a recipe notebook for my family turned into this space. If you are peeking through my kitchen door via this blog, maybe you’ll find a little inspiration here too—a nudge toward playful nourishment and gentle empowerment.

My son is on long-term ketogenic diet due to health reasons, that`s where my keto journey started. It was pretty rough in the beginning, but quite soon i realized that even very restricted diet (like keto) can be tasteful, versatile and enjoyable. I have learned that food is also our medicine, it heals our body, feeds our soul and brings us together. There is great power in every herb, flower, fruit and root, and in love we put into cooking. All together it is a playful journey from the ground to the plate.
Food, whatever kind, has to have three important components for me- it has to look good, it has to taste good and it has to be good for the body and soul! I started out writing down the recipes for me and my family, so it would be easy and fun for us to figure out what to cook tonight. Maybe you, who you are peeking through my kitchen door in this blog, will find little inspiration, too!
